Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser in Colorado Springs to support the Store Leader in creating an inviting shopping environment through elevated product merchandising and seasonal décor.

You will deliver exceptional guest service, build guest relationships, and drive store results with strong presentation and leadership. The role emphasizes maintaining brand aesthetics, executing floor sets, and coaching associates to achieve merchandising goals while adhering to loss prevention

Qualifications

• 1 year Merchandising experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead team to achieve store goals through excellent guest service and relationship building
• Maintain seasonal window décor weekly to reflect brand aesthetics
• Plan and delegate tasks to optimize product placement and stock levels
• Analyze store performance and identify opportunities in product placement and merchandising
• Manage window mannequin updates and ensure consistency with brand standards
• Coach team on visual presentation and loss prevention practices to protect store assets
