Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leaders to align with sales goals and promotions.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and partner with leaders to improve store visuals.
• Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the store to elevate presentations.
• Support the Visual Merchandising strategy and In-Store Marketing across areas of the store.
• Set overhead lighting to highlight key displays and adjust as needed.
• Train teammates on visual standards and signing tools; maintain backroom organization.
