Responsibilities

• Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation according to guidelines.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Plan workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain the latest global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
• Perform sales KPI follow-up, identify and prioritize visual & commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Create efficient actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets, store goals, and budgets.
• Follow procedures and best practices for OMNI services, operational routines, and store safety.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and plan mood boards for styling techniques and product presentation.
• Coach and develop store teams to enhance visual & commercial presentation.
• Provide onboarding training and upskill colleagues.
• Complete Visual Competencies & Commercial 4 All trainings per goals.
• Support store expansion needs in collaboration with Area teams.
