Job summary

Target in Kearney, NE seeks a Visual Merchandiser to maintain compelling displays and enhance guest experiences. You will plan daily/weekly visual workloads and execute standards across the store, partnering with leadership to drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of trend and style reflective of the Target brand.
• Ability to communicate clearly and lead store teams on processes.
• Comfort with technology and manual tasks in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with guidance to meet sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and improve store execution.
• Assess and guide visual standards across the store to elevate displays.
• Support and validate execution of the Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM.
• Train and develop team members in visual standards and signing approaches.
• Create welcoming guest experiences and maintain safety and cleanliness.
