You will implement merchandising strategies, rotate seasonal layouts, coordinate with management on floor plans, and mentor staff in visual standards while ensuring displays reflect current fashion trends.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in retail store visual merchandising, preferably in home furnishings.
• Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs and handle floor moves as part of merchandising.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Implement a visual merchandising strategy to support sales objectives.
• Create visually appealing store displays and coordinate layout plans for furniture and accessories.
• Remerchandise displays, signage, and POS; perform floor moves and seasonal transitions.
• Maintain store appearance and assist in lighting, fixtures, and showroom upkeep.
• Mentor staff on merchandising standards and communicate visual guidelines.
