Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in San Diego to lead garment presentation on the sales floor and in windows, collaborating with management to optimize commercial opportunities and deliver an engaging customer experience. The role emphasizes upholding the H&M Visual Identity and brand standards in daily store operations.

You will coach the store team, manage floor moves, and support campaigns while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer flow.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years transferrable experience
• Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and maneuver items
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• May be required to travel to support other stores

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentations on the sales floor and windows according to the Commercial Handbook.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to identify additional commercial opportunities.
• Maintain high-quality garment presentation daily with store team.
• Ensure visual identity and campaigns are executed on time and to standard.
• Lead visual training and coaching for store colleagues.
