Responsibilities

• Customer Sales & Profit focus as part of OMNI customer experience in-store
• Contribute to visual and commercial curation according to guidelines
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Organize workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager
• Launch and maintain the latest global campaigns and sale activities on time
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation
• Run sales KPI reporting and identify visual & commercial opportunities
• Coach and develop store talent in visual and commercial presentation
• Maintain and update visual and commercial standards and routines across the store
• Provide onboarding and upskilling for colleagues on visual & commercial execution
