H&M in Hillsdale, CA is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to implement visual standards and drive commercial excellence in-store. You will curate visual and product presentation, coach the store team, and execute global campaigns to enhance the customer experience.

Working with Store Management and Area Visual Manager, you will plan workloads, analyze KPI data, and maintain high standards of display and signage while ensuring stock and care of garments.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation per guidelines.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain latest global campaigns and sale activities on time per Brand Standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
• Perform KPI sales follow-up and identify visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Create actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets and store goals.
