Job summary

J.Crew is seeking a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with attention to detail, creating captivating window displays and well-organized merchandise layouts that engage customers. You will help teammates learn presentation standards both in front of house and back of house, contributing to an inclusive workplace centered on product passion and exceptional customer experiences.

Hourly Range: $16.25 - $20.25.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Support brand, customers, and teams with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Coordinate product placement with store management and maintain sales floor.
• Keep backstock organized and move products to the floor regularly.
• Adhere to merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Provide courteous customer assistance.
