Job summary

Regency Management Services in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Retail Visual Merchandising Associate to partner with store leadership and teams to deliver a premium showroom experience. You will set displays, manage floor sets, and ensure planograms align with brand guidelines.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, showroom presentation, high‑end fashion merchandising, or floor set execution is required.
• Candidates should have a strong understanding of retail visual standards, merchandising techniques, product presentation, floor sets, and creating engaging customer experiences.
• Passion for interior design, home furnishings, visual merchandising, or fashion.
• Strong creative ability with an eye for design and presentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Ability to work within established brand standards and company guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Fine manipulation of hands and fingers.
• Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
• Ability to push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds of furniture, merchandise, and fixtures.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and climb ladders throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate ladders and basic hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, drill, etc.).
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with excellent hand‑eye coordination for up to eight hours per workday.
