Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, showroom presentation, or floor set execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership to create and maintain a consistent 5-Star Guest Experience across showroom locations.
• Supervise and work alongside Material Handlers to build, assemble, and position furniture and fixtures.
• Execute and maintain corporate visual merchandising standards, policies, and brand guidelines.
• Set showroom displays, execute floor sets, and maintain merchandising displays and planograms.
• Create visually compelling showroom presentations that enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Assist with training new team members on visual merchandising standards and display expectations.
• Support administrative functions and special visual merchandising projects as needed.
