HOM Furniture in Wisconsin is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to design and maintain engaging retail displays, manage product arrangement, and uphold high standards of visual merchandising in our showroom.

The role offers an hourly wage of $17–$20, Monday to Friday day shifts, and benefits including 401(k) with employer match, employee discounts, paid training, PTO, and health insurance.

Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of visual merchandising experience.

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of displays and products to meet visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards).
• Experience: Preferred two years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.

Physical Demands: Moderate physical demands required. The employee is required to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time. Light cleaning including wiping down surfaces, dusting, and vacuuming is required. Occasionally, The employee will be required to ascend and descend ladders and stairs in a safe manner. The employee may be required to push, pull, and lift furniture and accessories up to 50 pounds.
