Job summary

Regency Management Services is seeking a Retail Visual Display Merchandiser to bring Ashley Furniture showrooms to life. You will create and maintain visually compelling displays, support sales, and showcase the Ashley Furniture brand.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail visual merchandising experience and a strong eye for design, with the ability to execute floor sets and maintain planograms while collaborating with store leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising or floor set execution.
• Strong eye for design and presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership to maintain a consistent 5-Star Guest Experience.
• Supervise and work with Material Handlers to build and position furniture and fixtures.
• Execute and maintain corporate visual merchandising standards and planograms.
• Set showroom displays and floor sets; maintain merchandising displays.
• Create compelling showroom presentations that enhance shopper experience.
• Assist training of new team members on merchandising standards.

In this role, you'll create and maintain visually compelling displays that elevate the guest experience, support sales, and showcase the Ashley Furniture brand.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for visual merchandising, high-end retail, fashion, home décor, or interior design who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
