Job summary

ALO in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Visual Lead to drive in-store merchandising and profitability. You will partner with the Management Team to execute floor sets, maintain product presentation, and manage shipments, receiving, replenishment, and stock levels while keeping the sales floor inviting.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to move constantly across the store.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with good decision making.
• Values feedback and is receptive to giving/receiving feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, and stock flow.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation per directives.
• Plan visual floor changes with the team and adapt zones to business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning to execution to meet company expectations.
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Managers on budgets, inventory, and facilities.
