Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Morgan Hill, CA, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator on a contract basis to support inspection and handling of precision-fabricated thin film components. You will perform visual inspections under a microscope, handle small components with precision, follow SOPs, and report defects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection preferred.
• Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods.
• Ability to handle small, delicate components with care and precision.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing is a plus.
