Job summary

You will perform visual inspections under a microscope, handle small components with precision, follow SOPs, and report defects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection preferred.
• Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods.
• Ability to handle small, delicate components with care and precision.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of fabricated parts using microscopes.
• Inspect components for defects, contamination, or quality issues.
• Handle fragile ceramic and glass devices using tweezers and precision tools.
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Record inspection results and report defects when identified.
• Maintain clean and organized work area while following quality standards.
• This position will be reporting to the Fab Supervisor based in Morgan Hill.
