Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – ILP for the Quva facility in Bloomsbury, NJ. After training, you will support visual inspection, labeling, and packaging operations in accordance with SOPs and GDPs to ensure quality and compliance.

This role emphasizes precision, safety, and a team-driven culture focused on healthcare outcomes across the US. The position is full-time on 1st shift (Wed–Sat, 4:30 AM–3:00 PM) on-site with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to undergo color perception exam and must pass vision exam.
• Must pass drug and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States; Quva will not sponsor visas.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inspection and packaging room materials and supplies.
• Labeling and processing of production materials as required.
• Clean the room and equipment and complete maintenance forms per SOPs.
• Perform line and room clearances per procedures and document activities.
• Maintain GDP and cGMP compliance; follow SOPs and ISO standards.
• Notify production management of deviations to established processes.
• Assist other areas as needed (cleaning, non-sterile filling, kitting).
• Labeling of products and final packaging; perform visual product inspection.
