Job summary

Quva is seeking a Production Technician I – ILP to support visual inspection, labeling and packaging (ILP) operations at the Quva facility in Bloomsbury, NJ. After training, you will help ensure products meet safety, efficacy and quality standards while supporting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

This full-time, 2nd shift role runs Wednesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, on-site with a safety-sensitive environment and potential random drug testing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must undergo color perception exam and pass.
• Vision exam with 20/20 vision with or without correction.
• Able to pass drug and background check.
• 18+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of inspection and packaging materials.
• Labeling and processing of production materials.
• Daily/bi-weekly/monthly cleaning of room and equipment; complete PM forms per SOPs.
• Conduct line and room clearances per procedures.
• Complete documentation for GDPs; comply with cGMPs and ISO standards.
• Perform equipment calibration checks and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Document activities per procedures and notify management of deviations.
• Assist other areas as needed (cleaning; non-sterile filling; kitting).
• Labeling and final packaging of products; visual inspection of products.
