• Tune, optimize, and troubleshoot automated vision inspection systems.
• Improve inspection accuracy and reduce false positives/rejects.
• Support commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup of new equipment.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation and lifecycle records.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Visual Inspection Engineer to support and optimize automated vision inspection systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role will focus on camera tuning, troubleshooting, system performance, validation, and qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Tune, optimize, and troubleshoot automated vision inspection systems.
• Improve inspection accuracy and reduce false positives/reject rates.
• Support Seidenader, CoBER/CorBER, SVI, or similar inspection platforms.
• Support commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup of new equipment.
• Develop and execute SLC/lifecycle and engineering documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of automated vision inspection experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with camera tuning and vision system troubleshooting.
• Experience with Seidenader, CoBER/CorBER, SVI, or similar systems.
• Strong GMP, process validation, and equipment qualification experience.
• Science or Engineering degree preferred.
