Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Rensselaer, New York seeks a Principal Visual Inspection Engineer to lead the visual inspection program for fully automated systems within the Internal Fill/Finish Manufacturing team.
You will develop recipes and support tech transfer, startup, and routine manufacturing with hands-on validation. A BS/BA in Life Sciences or Engineering is required; 8+ years for Principal VI or 10+ years for Staff VI.

We are seeking a Principal Visual Inspection Engineer to join our Internal Fill/Finish Manufacturing team. In this role, the Principal Visual Inspection Engineer specializing in visual inspection (fully automated); leads equipment selection and process development; establishes and optimizes the visual inspection program and product-specific recipes; develops KNAPP/test sets and training/qualification content; provides hands‑on support during tech transfer, cGMP start‑up, and routine manufacturing; and drives validation and operator training for assigned equipment and processes.
