Stellent IT LLC seeks a Visual Inspection Engineer to sit onsite in Rensselaer, NY, supporting a major pharmaceutical client. You will optimize Seidenader/Korber/SVIM platforms, tune cameras, and boost inspection performance while aiding process validation and lifecycle documentation.

The role requires hands-on engineering in a GMP environment, independent work, and strong communication with technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

7+ years with automated vision inspection systems in pharma manufacturing.
Hands-on tuning and optimization of camera-based systems.
Experience with Seidenader, Korber, SVIM or similar platforms.
Strong validation, qualification, and GMP manufacturing background.
Experience creating lifecycle docs and engineering docs.
Troubleshoot vision systems to reduce false positives/rejects.
Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Sit onsite 5x/week supporting a major pharma client in Rensselaer, NY.
Optimize and tune automated vision inspection equipment for manufacturing.
Improve inspection accuracy, reduce false positives, and ensure proper config across defect types.
Support process validation, qualification activities, and lifecycle documentation.
Lead project engineering efforts for two new process lines during commissioning.
