Qualifications

• Able to meet all physical requirements including frequent lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders up to 40 feet.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to receive training for scissor lift operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attractive and organized product displays according to visual standards.
• Daily showroom straightening, adjust product placement and ensure accurate signage.
• Set up new merchandise with team following timelines.
• Rotate displays and adapt gallery arrangements for seasons.
• Ensure showroom safety and keep displays tidy.
• Assist in warehouse organization and trash disposal.
• Process new merchandise including uncrating, assembly, inventory updates, tagging.
• Research products in RC Willey systems, manage inventory, and print price tags.
• Adhere to manufacturer guidelines and retailer rules during assembly.
• Support a positive team culture and respectful relations with staff.
