RC Willey in Summerlin, NV is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Visual Display Team. This full-time role supports product displays, showroom organization, and inventory tasks to create an engaging shopping environment.

The position requires physical activity, including lifting up to 100 lbs, working at heights, and operating basic tools as needed. Join a vibrant team focused on customer satisfaction and showroom excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, climb and be active for most of the shift.
• Lift and move items up to 100 lbs with proper safety.
• Comfortable working on ladders and heights up to 40 ft.
• Familiarity with power tools.
• Willing to be trained to operate a scissor lift.

Responsibilities

• Support the Visual Display Manager in maintaining attractive product displays and ensure proper tagging and alignment with standards.
• Daily showroom straightening and accurate signage/price tag updates.
• Collaborate with team to set up new merchandise per timelines.
• Rotate and change displays, gallery arrangements, and seasonal setups.
• Keep showroom hazards away and maintain tidy displays; assist with warehouse organization and trash disposal.
• Process new merchandise: uncrating, assembly, inventory updates, tagging.
• Assist inventory accuracy by identifying discrepancies.
• Foster a positive team culture and respectful relations with staff.
• Use RC Willey systems to research products, manage inventory, and print price tags.
• Assemble products per manufacturer guidelines and retailer rules.
