RC Willey in Summerlin, NV is seeking a Visual Display Warehouse Associate to join our Showroom team. This full-time role supports the Store Visual Display Manager by maintaining attractive product displays, organizing showroom areas, and ensuring displays meet visual standards while handling merchandise and inventory tasks.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, work independently or with a team, and stay active throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and flexibility to meet store needs, including holidays and occasional Saturdays.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in fast-paced environments.
• Able to stand, walk, and be active for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Visual Display Manager in maintaining attractive and organized product displays, ensuring products are properly arranged, tagged, and aligned with visual standards.
• Daily showroom straightening, adjusting product placement, signage, and price tags to ensure accuracy and condition.
• Collaborate with team to set up new merchandise per corporate directives and timelines.
• Execute rotating and changing product displays, gallery arrangements, and seasonal changes under supervision.
• Ensure showroom safe and tidy; assist in warehouse organization and trash disposal.
• Process new merchandise including uncrating, assembly, inventory updates, and tagging.

Visual Display Warehouse Associate

RC Willey is seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented employee to join our Visual Display Team. This is a full-time position in our Summerlin store. This role is a combination of important tasks that together create a positive experience for customers in our stores as well as a beautiful and well-maintained showroom that aligns with company standards.

This role will allow you to apply your communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills daily. Please note that this position requires the ability to meet all physical demands, including lifting heavy items and working at heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Visual Display Manager in maintaining attractive and organized product displays, ensuring products are properly arranged, tagged, and aligned with visual standards.
• Daily straightening of the showroom including, adjusting product placement, ensuring signage and price tags are accurate and products are in good condition.
• Work alongside your team to efficiently set up new merchandise, following corporate directives and timelines.
• Execute rotating and changing product displays, gallery arrangements, and seasonal changes, under the guidance of the Visual Display Manager.
• Ensure the showroom is free of hazards and keep displays tidy and well-maintained. Assist in warehouse organization and trash disposal.
• Accurately process all new merchandise, including uncrating, assembly, inventory updates, and tagging.
• Support inventory accuracy by identifying discrepancies and ensuring items are properly updated.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and maintain respectful relationships with colleagues and store management.
• Use RC Willey computer systems to research products, manage inventory, and print price tags.
• Assemble products according to manufacturer guidelines, ensuring quality and adherence to company standards, using manufacturer instructions while adhering to retailer rules and guidelines.
• All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Reliable attendance with flexibility to meet store needs, including holidays and occasional Saturdays.

• Strong multitasking skills and an eye for detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to stand, walk, climb, and be active for most of the shift.
• Lift and mobilize large items up to 100lbs using proper equipment and safety.
• Comfortable working on a ladder and heights up to 40 feet.
• Use of power tools and basic tools (e.g., hammer, screwdriver, drill, wrench, etc.)
• Willing to be trained to operate a scissor lift for high tasks.
