Job summary

RC Willey in Summerlin, NV is seeking a Visual Display Warehouse Associate to maintain attractive showrooms and coordinate merchandise presentation at our Summerlin store. This full-time role requires lifting heavy items, standing for long periods, and working with team members to implement visual standards.

The starting wage is $17.00 per hour, with benefits including PTO, health insurance, holidays, employee discounts, and more.

Qualifications

• Reliability with flexible schedule including holidays and some Saturdays.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills.
• Willing to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights.
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Support Visual Display Manager to maintain attractive product displays.
• Straighten showroom daily; adjust placement and ensure signage is accurate.
• Set up new merchandise per corporate directives and timelines.
• Rotate and update displays and seasonal layouts.
• Ensure showroom safety and cleanliness; assist in warehouse organization.
• Process new merchandise: uncrating, assembly, inventory updates, tagging.
• Use RC Willey systems to research products and print price tags.
• Work with team to maintain inventory accuracy.
