Job Summary

Sharecare, a developer of immersive 3D software, mobile applications, and a revolutionary medical visualization product, is seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and knowledgeable Graphic Designer. The role involves creating interactive graphical elements for mobile interface design, web interfaces, branding, and supporting our artists and developers with elegant design concepts under the direction of our Art Director in the Sharecare Reality Lab studio.

Interest in science, health, anatomy, and a desire to communicate concepts visually are essential. Sharecare is a stable, expanding global company and industry leader in a sector gaining mainstream attention.

This role will design and create interactive graphical elements for interface design, marketing, branding, and support our team with design ideas for internal projects, all under the guidance of the Art Director.

Essential Job Functions

• Create multiple iterations of UI/UX designs for consideration during product development.
• Design and incorporate feedback from directors.
• Create programmer-ready assets for interactive purposes.
• Make creative decisions while adhering to client and director specifications.
• Provide mockups and design ideas for artists and programmers.
• Interpret storyboard ideas from medical experts and scientists to create UI/UX designs in Unity that enhance project visuals.
• Report project progress during weekly reviews and meetings.
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and dedication.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience creating UI/UX for mobile or tablet applications or games.
• Proficiency in computer graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Painter, and Figma.
• 3-5+ years experience with 3D and motion graphics software like Maya, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
• 3-5+ years experience designing UI/UX with Unity3D.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaborative work ethic and spirit.
• Creative self-starter, self-managed, motivated, detail-oriented.
• Artistic sensibility, technical skill, problem-solving abilities, and ability to take critique.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret ideas visually and make creative decisions aligned with client and director needs.
• Stay updated on latest design trends and industry restrictions.
• Interest in mobile and interactive applications is essential.
• Knowledge of HTML5 is a plus.
• Experience with UI/UX for Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, or console development is a plus.
• Experience with UI motion design is highly desirable.
• Interest in science, biology, anatomy, and helping others understand these fields is a must.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
