Job Summary:

Sharecare, a developer of immersive 3D software, mobile applications, and a revolutionary medical visualization product, is seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and knowledgeable Graphic Designer to create interactive graphical elements used in mobile interface design, web interfaces, branding, and to support our team of artists and developers with elegant design concepts under the direction of our Art Director in our Sharecare Reality Lab studio.

Under the direction of the Art Director, this role will design and create interactive graphical elements for our interface design, marketing, branding, and support our team with elegant design concepts for internal projects.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Create multiple iterations of UI/UX designs for consideration during product development.
2. Design and incorporate feedback from directors.
3. Create programmer-ready assets for interactive purposes.
4. Make creative decisions while maintaining client and director specifications.
5. Provide mockups for our team of artists and programmers with design ideas.
6. Interpret storyboard ideas from medical experts and scientists and create UI/UX designs in Unity that enhance our projects.
7. Report to Art Director and team on project progress during weekly reviews.
8. Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and dedication.
9. Help maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5+ years of experience creating UI/UX for mobile or tablet applications.
2. In-depth knowledge of computer graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Painter, Microsoft Office, and Figma.
3. 3-5+ years of experience with 3D software and motion graphics tools like Maya, Adobe After Effects, or Premiere.
4. 3-5+ years of experience designing UI/UX with Unity3D.
5. Ability to multitask across multiple projects and shift priorities.
6. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong collaborative work ethic and spirit.
8. Creative self-starter, self-managed, highly motivated, and detail-oriented.
9. Artistic sensibility, technical skill, problem-solving ability, and openness to critique.
10. Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
11. Ability to interpret and visualize ideas effectively.
12. Stay updated on latest design trends and industry restrictions.
13. Interest in mobile and interactive applications is essential.
14. Knowledge of HTML5 is a plus.
15. Experience with UI/UX design for AR, VR, or console game development is advantageous.
16. Experience with UI motion design is a major plus.
17. Interest in science, biology, and anatomy, with a desire to educate others.
18. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
