About the Job:

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics, animations, and other visual elements across various digital and print platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining our client’s visual identity.

Responsibilities in this Role

• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design and develop assets, graphics, and layouts for both digital and print media.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Apply best practices in accessibility and usability standards to design work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Establish and maintain a clear, organized system for file naming and management to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques for both print and web.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and similar design tools.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and the ability to incorporate them into design work.
• Ability to create designs that meet high standards of quality, accessibility, and usability.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills, ensuring consistent file management practices.
• A portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
