Role Overview Description

What You'll Do

At Factors.ai, we believe good design isn't just pretty pixels—it's a superpower for storytelling, growth, and building a memorable brand. As our Senior Visual Designer, you'll craft landing pages, social graphics, eBooks, and ad creatives that convert. You'll own the visual language across the funnel and formats, shaping how we look, feel, and connect with our audience.

• Design high-converting landing pages, engaging social media graphics, crisp eBooks, sleek ads, and more.
• Bring our brand to life through conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure visual assets serve their purpose and achieve goals.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all touchpoints.
• Translate ideas into multiple design assets for different platforms.

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of visual design experience, ideally with SaaS or B2B brands.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite; bonus for motion or 3D skills.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and composition.
• A portfolio demonstrating ad campaigns, eBooks, landing pages, social media, and your process.
• Comfort with feedback, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• Outcome-focused mindset; designing for impact.
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Interview Process

If your resume and portfolio catch our eye, you'll receive a short assignment. Passing that, you'll speak with our CMO, and then with our founder. If all goes well, you'll join the team.
