Job summary

Sarvam is building the bedrock of Sovereign AI for India, and we’re hiring a design lead who can translate our brand system into all touchpoints—from web surfaces to launch banners and films. You will shape visual arguments, extend a brand system, and push creative boundaries with AI-enabled workflows.

Requires 3+ years in designing real surfaces, mastery of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, and a clear eye for type, space, and color.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing communication assets for real surfaces (in-house or studio).
• Strong fundamentals in typography, hierarchy, grid, space and color.

Responsibilities

• Translate the brand system into web sections, banners, social, product marketing, and print collateral to ensure immediate recognisability of Sarvam surfaces.
• Design to context, not to template; adapt visuals for model-launch banners, headers, and enterprise collateral.
• Push the brand into new threads, creating spin-off expressions that stay recognisably Sarvam with their own character.
