Job summary

Samba TV is seeking a Senior Designer to join our creative team, blending design craft with AI-powered workflows to shape brand, web, campaigns, social, and presentations.

You’ll translate complex data into visually compelling narratives, build scalable design systems in Figma, animate motion content, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to deliver impactful work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional design experience across brand, web, and campaigns.
• AI-forward by default, fluent with Claude Code and Claude Design in workflow.
• Expert-level Figma skills and strong Google Suite fluency.
• Animation experience with AI-driven tools (Runway, etc.) and motion craft.
• Strong data visualization design ability.
• Experience developing brand and marketing creative across digital formats.
• Excellent communication and self-directed work ethic.
• Desired: depth in Framer and social-first formats.
• Degree in design, fine arts, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact creative across brand, web, campaign, social, presentation, event, and demand-gen formats.
• Use Claude Code and Claude Design daily to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production.
• Build and evolve design systems in Figma that scale across a growing brand.
• Design and animate motion content with AI-assisted tools and traditional methods.
• Turn complex data into clear, engaging visual narratives through compelling data visualization.
• Design polished presentations and sales materials with strong narrative structure.
• Contribute to Samba website and campaign builds using Framer and modern tooling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership.
• Stay current with design trends and workflow innovations.
