Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Visual Design across industries and contexts.
• 4+ years leading visual design engagements end-to-end, from concepting to delivery.
• 3+ years directly managing or coaching visual designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design direction on engagements from concept to delivery.
• Translate brand strategy and audience insights into compelling visual languages.
• Define creative direction and produce high-quality output with your team.
• Incorporate AI tools to accelerate concepting and production while enhancing thinking.
