Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as TPS Champion by modeling the GUEST service approach and delivering World Class Service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions and explain product features accordingly.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales using effective selling techniques.
• Lead and coach associates on merchandising, operations, and company expectations.
• Open/close store and manage POS, floor, and break schedules as needed.
• Travel to new store openings or remodels as required.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and ensure signage and processes are correct.
