Job summary

BMW of North America in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an Intern, Visual Communications for Spring 2027. You will support the LA studio's comms initiatives, craft engaging content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials, and help manage social accounts and content calendars in a hybrid in-office role.

You will collaborate with design teams to maintain brand voice, assist with events and admin tasks, and help update the Designworks site with new materials.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• US Work Authorization required.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (overall, not just major).
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week).
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application.

Responsibilities

• Support all comms initiatives, including reporting to the LA Director of Strategy and Partnering.
• Assist in crafting content for marketing materials, social media, and blogs.
• Support social media accounts with a content calendar and engagement ideas.
• Collaborate with Comms Lead to ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Coordinate and execute marketing events, both in-person and virtual.
• Work with design teams to integrate visuals and maintain brand identity.
