Job summary

The role includes event coordination, collaboration with the design team, and backend site updates. Applicants should be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, have US work authorization, a 3.0+ GPA, and be able to work 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• US work authorization required.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 (overall).
• Completed at least 60 college credits by application time.
• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week).
• Unofficial transcript must be submitted with application.

Responsibilities

• Support all communications initiatives, reporting to the LA Director of Strategy and Partnering and assisting the DW LA Comms lead as the LA studio grows online presence.
• Assist in crafting engaging content for marketing and communications materials, including social posts, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Support social accounts by establishing a content calendar, monitoring engagement, and contributing ideas for content creation.
• Collaborate with the Comms Lead to ensure brand-consistent messaging across channels.
• Coordinate and execute marketing events, including in-person and virtual, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
• Work with design teams to integrate visual elements into marketing materials in line with the agency's creative identity.
• Provide general admin support to marketing and communications teams (organizing files, maintaining databases, coordinating meetings).
• Maintain and update the Designworks website, upload new materials, and assist in creating case studies and optimizing images.
