Job summary

BMW invites applicants for a Spring 2027 Full-Time Internship in Santa Monica, CA. The role supports communications, content creation, social media, and events, working closely with design teams to maintain brand voice.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, have US work authorization, a 3.0+ GPA, and at least 60 credits. Hybrid work with a $25.30–$32.20 hourly pay depending on academic level is offered.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• US work authorization required.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA overall.
• Completed at least 60 college credits before application.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Support all comms initiatives, report to LA Director of Strategy and Partnering.
• Craft engaging content for marketing materials, blogs, social posts.
• Assist with social media accounts: content calendar, engagement, ideas.
• Ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Coordinate and execute hybrid marketing events (in-person/virtual).
• Collaborate with design to integrate visuals into materials.
• Provide admin support to marketing and communications teams.
• Maintain Designworks website content and materials.
