Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BI, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Snowflake, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Healthcare experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, business, or related field.
• 5 years of BI/data management experience.
• 3 years SQL in daily activities.
• 3 years overseeing analytics processes/servers.
• 3 years leading analytics projects from inception to rollout.
• 1 year experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• 1 year leading analytics teams.
• Preferred healthcare experience.
• Epic certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects to meet client requirements.
• Delivers applications that adhere to standards and support initiatives.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in analytics to support data, business intelligence applications, and commercial analytics solutions.
• Translates business objectives into data requirements.
• Supports data & analytics internal and external education initiatives.
• Coordinates internal resources and vendors to provide accurate and precise execution of projects.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within agreed project scope.
• Liaises with leadership and end users to report and escape risks.
• Develops, maintains, and tracks project status reports, statements of work, scoping documentation, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensures assigned projects support the organizational and departmental goals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
