Job summary

Denver Botanic Gardens seeks a Full Time Visitor Services Coordinator at Chatfield Farms to oversee day-to-day operations of the Visitor Services department, including cashiering, admissions, program registration, and staff supervision.

This role requires coordinating entry/exit, openings and closings, training and guiding staff and volunteers, and ensuring exceptional customer service during events and regular hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.
• Strong cash management and data entry experience required.
• Experience in leading and directing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, sign management, and staff/Volunteer supervision.
• Provide outstanding customer service to staff, visitors, volunteers, and Gardens customers.
• Create bookings and process sales for admissions, classes, tours, and events.
