Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with staff and volunteers.
• Ability to take initiative and deliver required tasks.
• Commitment to hospitality and excellence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team without close supervision.
• Ability to analyze and decide based on BGTC protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors and assists with parking alongside gatehouse staff.
• Assists visitors with physical needs and guides them through the Center.
• Shares a brief BGTC ministry history with guests.
• Maintains accurate visitor information and data records.
• Calculates, records, and communicates Prayer Requests to Intercessor Coordinator.
• Assists with TV setup and data entry statistics.
• Ensures attendance forms are completed by visitors.
• Answers questions and leads visitors in general prayer if requested.
• Assists with volunteer needs and training.
• Leads daily devotions with volunteers and manages schedules.
• Distributes materials and assists in building upkeep.
