Job summary

Chipton-Ross is seeking 11 Tour Guides for a contract opportunity in Mukilteo, WA. Visitor Relations Tour Guides serve as brand representatives and are responsible for learning and presenting detailed Client content and scripted material to deliver enhanced experiences such as the Everett Factory Tour, Client Backstage Pass, and other interactive presentations.

This role also supports engagement throughout the Future of Flight facility, including ticketing and lobby services, leading interactive

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience presenting, training, teaching, or acting in client-facing environments.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Proven reliability, punctuality and regular attendance.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Present detailed Client content and scripted material to deliver enhanced experiences (Everett Factory Tour, Client Backstage Pass, and other interactive presentations).
• Support engagement throughout the Future of Flight facility, including ticketing and lobby services.
• Lead interactive STEM activities (robotics, drone experiences) and interpret gallery exhibits.
• Coordinate with team to ensure on-time daily operations and align with Client brand policies.
• Maintain hospitable, customer-focused service and professional communication.
