Job summary

Boeing Future of Flight is seeking experienced tour and guest service professionals for a contract assignment hosted through a Boeing-approved third party. The role involves delivering engaging tours, assisting with ticketing, and guiding interactive STEM activities at a popular public attraction in Mukilteo.

Primary duties include presenting scripted messaging, coordinating with the team to ensure smooth operations, and maintaining safety and guest satisfaction across exhibits and tours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and communication experience.
• Experience presenting, training or teaching in a client-facing environment.
• Teamwork with reliability and regular attendance.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Stand or walk up to six hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and support all aspects of visitor experience.
• Deliver scripted content and updates to guests.
• Lead tours with up to 52 attendees and theater presentations up to 200.
• Assist with ticketing, guest greeting and lobby services.
• Assist with safety procedures and evacuations when needed.
• Maintain on-time operations and rotate coverage with the team.
