Job summary

Midway City is seeking a part-time Visitor Center Ambassador to assist in the operations of the visitor center, providing friendly customer service and product knowledge to visitors.

The role blends in-store duties with marketing, website support, and social media content; experience in marketing and website creation is required. Up to 20 hours per week, with some Saturday and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Education or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Design, or a related field.
• Basic experience with website platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to visitors and share information about Midway and Wasatch County.
• Operate the POS system with detail and accuracy.
• Assist with website updates and marketing content.
• Take photos or short videos of products or events as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked store.
