Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking part-time Visitor Center Hosts for the Founders Hall location. You will provide information, give guided tours to guests, and respond to phone inquiries for the main school line, supporting the Office of Communications & Marketing.

The schedule is flex with up to 29 hours weekly, including some weekends. The pay is $17.63 to $23.54 per hour, and part-time employees are eligible for a retirement savings plan, an employee assistance program (EAP),

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supporting an office environment is desired.
• Experience working with the public as a tour guide or similar role is desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for presenting to large groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, internet, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and guided tours to guests.
• Respond to phone inquiries for the school’s main contact number.
• Provide administrative support to the Office of Communications & Marketing.
