Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a Visitor Control Specialist to support the Badge Office and lobby. You will badge employees, visitors, non-employees and contractors in accordance with company policy and use VisitLM for visitor management.

You will review paperwork, capture images for badges, and operate badge and access control systems. This role requires handling sensitive information and interacting with employees, government representatives and foreign nationals on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with customer service.
• Experience with data entry.
• Experience in security or visitor management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Badge employees, visitors, non-employees and contractors.
• Process incoming visitors using VisitLM.
• Review paperwork and capture images for badges.
• Operate badging and access control systems.
• Maintain confidentiality across security databases.
• Interact with employees, government representatives and foreign nationals.
