YES Prep Public Schools in Houston, Texas seeks a Visiting International Teacher for the 26-28 school year. This 10-month role starts at $64,000 annually and may include Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) up to $102,800 based on performance.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college.
• Texas Educator Certification, or willing to join ACP to get bilingual certified.
• Strong ability to navigate web-related applications and technology.

• Develop rigorous lessons in content area for 1:1 blended learning and college readiness.
• Set ambitious goals with students and monitor progress with feedback.
• Track student growth and create growth plans using coach feedback.
• Communicate regularly with families via phone, video, email, or district website.
• Create classroom environments conducive to academic and social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with co-planner to adapt daily lesson plans and resources.
