Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina seeks a Visiting BCBA for a 6-month to 1-year assignment to lead clinical activities, maintain a direct caseload, support remote BCBAs, and collaborate closely with families and BTs/RBTs.

The role offers a $150,000 base salary, weekly production bonuses where applicable, relocation assistance, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) with match, CEUs, PTO and holidays, plus a flexible schedule with some work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• North Carolina licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a direct caseload of learners.
• Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs.
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader-training, mentoring, and managing BTs/RBTs.
