Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a Visiting BCBA for a 6–12 month assignment. You will lead clinical ABA services, maintain a direct caseload, and support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.

The role requires NC licensure, BCBA certification, and a Master's in ABA or a related field; relocation assistance is offered, with a 40-hour workweek and some work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a direct caseload of learners.
• Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs.
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader-trainer, mentoring BTs/RBTs.
