Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a Primary BCBA to lead clinical services in a predominantly in-clinic setting with some remote flexibility. Youll manage a direct caseload, support remote BCBAs, and collaborate closely with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs, while mentoring staff in a collaborative clinic.

You must hold an active BCBA and NC licensure or eligibility, with a master’s in ABA or related field.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• North Carolina licensure or eligibility before start.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent assessment, documentation, and case management abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a direct caseload of learners.
• Support remote BCBAs to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with families, learners, and BTs/RBTs.
• Lead on-site clinical training and supervise BTs/RBTs.
