Job summary

JusticeWorks Family of Services is seeking a Visit Coaching Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Clermont County, Ohio. The position will assess and engage families in service planning and plan interventions using evidence-based approaches, with occasional client transport as needed.

JusticeWorks is 100% ESOP-owned. Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license and vehicle access, and the ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.
• Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
• Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
