Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design or related field with 5 years’ UI/UX experience
- Alternatively, 7 years’ UI/UX experience in related area
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across platforms
- Experience mentoring design teams and guiding cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and site visits
- Develop user journeys, storyboards, and interaction designs across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX with business goals and customer needs
- Design and prototype scalable, accessible interfaces adhering to mobile conventions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Maintain documentation of design specs, style guides, and pattern libraries
